How do I stop Phone Manager from starting up automatically on system startup in win2000?

I know it starts as a service but cannot see an entry for it in services,am I looking in the right place.

It's not in the start menu on win2000

It is on mine - Start > Programs > Startup > Phone Manager
W2K and Phone Manager 2.2(7)
