Recently, I've had an issue with Silent Monitor. I switched two agents over to supervisors due to position changes. I was able to log them in perfect, however, after a certain period of time the system would say that they were NOT logged in.
Strangely, the agents remained logged in, but these two supervisor have to keep logging in every so often during the day.
Any suggestions???
