SIIG Ultra ATA PCI card

Just recently installed an ultra ata PCi card to connect my CDRW drive. I currently have 2 hard drives, cd rom, and DVDRW. Whenever I start my burning program,NERO, my PC reboots and upon restart WIN XP pro gives me an error statement that it has recovered from etc...

It worked fine last night but today it isn't working.
