Signature Issue in 6.5

I'm having an issue I need some assistance with.

I've got a few users complaining that when they send a message to someone, add their signature block, it goes to the bottom of the message, which is correct and they understand. However, when a recipient replies to their message and the sender replies back and again adds their signature block, GroupWise throws that signature block down at the very end of the message and not under their reply.

Does anyone know if this is a bug or something just programmed. I've been telling them not to add their signature block again if they originated the message, but of course this isn't helping.
