Signature in outlook

I created a signature using a small pic and when I send it out in html
or plain text it always shows up as the signature file itself and it
shows up as an attachment.
So I decided to try sending it out using rich text,but when i do this
the picture doesn't show up just the path of where the picture is.
Is there a solution that so when I send out a email with a signature
picture file it will only show as the signature itself and not an
attachment also.

Ok so Now what I did was go to the outlook help section and follow the directions to the t and used the advanced edit using word.

Still my signature image shows up twice once as a sig pic and the second as a attachment,

any ideas?
