The card is installed and works perfectly except when the user tries to go to Outlook Web Access to check email. He types in the address and is prompted for his login information then it sits...and sits...and sits. He can pull up Outlook Web Access on the network and dialed in with the built in modem on his laptop. And here's the kicker, I tried my email account via Outlook Web Access with the wireless card and it pulled it up. Size isn't the issue - my mailbox is larger than his. And I deleted his mailbox and recreated it and even with nothing in it, I could not get it to open via the wireless card. I am baffled. Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

I found my own solution and thought I'd post it here for anyone who needs it. I downloaded a product called internet tweak from winboost.com that allows you to control the packet size for dial up networking. I adjusted it as low as it would go and PRESTO...the thing connected to Web Access email and was much faster in general.
