Siemens iDX to Rls 5 1000E - CallPilot Issues

Hi guys have a really odd issue am trying to carry out a phased migration of users from a iDX to a 1000E. Have about 150 users on the E and 3000 on the iDX. When a users on the E calls another user on the E, CallPilot works fines, when a users calls in from a MOBEX extensions into the E and gets diverted to CallPilot it works fine. However when a caller on theiDX calls a user on the E and is diverted to CallPilot then all the iDX caller gets is dead air! You can see that CallPilot has taken the call as a channel goes busy, if I then forward that incoming call to Express Messaging for example it works fine! Am at a loss, please help before I lose what little hair I have! The iDX is connected to the E via a QSIG link!

do you have other qsigs in that shelf working.. might just need to dis msdl x and redownload it

Other QSIGS work fine John, I should add that the SA that designed the system insisted that this particular interface went via 1000T!

Sorted, the QSIG Link was a Red Herring, I had a Sig Server at a remote load that did'nt have the DEP List Base Config on.....seems this is very commmon fault when mixing Rls 5 and 4.5 together on the same network.
