Hey all,

Been a telecom & network admin for many moons. Now doing the consultant thing under the name Cavu Consulting. A client called with a question I can't answer but I said I'd research it and find out. System in question is a Siemens HiCom 300 pbx with Xpressions voicemail. They have an inbound caller that they need to track and find out info about calling patterns, such as when they called and what the final desination was. They have HiPath AM for reporting, but I am unfamiliar with this application, none of my previous employers had CDR (call detail recording/reporting) software. Can anyone help me out?

Do they have the the callers number or any other infromation on the incoming caller?

I have a HiPath 4000 which is very close to the 300 and I have an Xpressions.

Yes, they know the number in question, they just need to run a report on it, but are unsure how/where to pull the data.

In in AM system you need to run a report called Search by incoming call. input the callers number and that will show the number coming in and where it went.

Is there an online tutorial for AM or anywhere I can get some docs so that I can become more familiar with this app?

I shall look around. I believe the AM product in no more so Siemens won't have it.

Is the product IntegraTRAC? That is what HiPath AM is in most applacations.

Under help it will say to cantact for support. If so I have documentation and can help. If not I can not.

Let me know.

My siemens supplier gave me a while ago a quick look in to a new tool they distribute for siemens.

They have multiple applications but the one i'm reffering to is the easy info.
You can view a interactive demo on the site of this program. then go to Products - easylink - demo
With this tool you can track a call every step of the way.
