The following is Cisco-speak, don't ask me to translate it. I got it from our vendor and passed it off to IS. I would assume you would replace your own IP addresses into the equation, and note the red/underlined 03 which is supposed to be a hexidecimal representation of your chosen VLAN number. If I screwed up the underlining, it is the right half of the 9th word in the string.
This is a data subnet from a wan office. The underlined 03 is the VLAN id in hex. The voice scope doesn’t require any extra options.
