Hello, I've been using Sidekick v1.0 for many years.
Now I've bought a new pc which I've installed XP on and these 2 aren't compatible. So I've bought sidekick 99 but this vrsion of sidekick doesn't include the 'notes' section. Now I would like to know which sidekick version supports Win XP and is also y2k compatible and includes the 'notes' section because my program is useless without this section.
If anybody can help me and tell me where I can find all the software that is needed I would be very thankfull.
My email is yachten@yahoo.com
Thanx

Dear 2DaMaGed4u,
See the Faq area of this forum for all the information you need to download Sidekick98, which is the only version that does the above.
see especially:
Sidekick95/Internet Sidekick: How to get a copy of Sidekick98/99
Invalid File MAST.WK /Goals &Todo's not forwarding

Do read the extra codicils that are on that page as regards the year 2000 Patch and make sure you are logged in as Administrator when installing the program.
There is a problem reading Sidekick versions 1.0 and 2.0 calendar files in all subsequent versions as regards Daylight saving Time.
For the answer to that q see jbuchanangb's Faq called:

'Why can't I see all events after reading them in Sidekick 98'?
faq807-1529

Good luck
and post back if you have any more problems.
Regards Jim
