sidekick files no program

have some on 95 transfered them to 97 and got a new computer and the program is corrupt so all i have are data files i.e., /skw for calender cards and notes. do not want to buy another sidekick would like to transfer to microsoft outlook or more popular desktop

See faq807-1313 for location of ftp site for sdk98.

Plus you could take a look at faq807-1409 for a method of transferring data (specifically Cardfiles) from sdk98 to tab delimited .txt.

Notes can be saved from Sidekick as .rtf files, either individually or en masse (by folder).

I am not entirely familiar with Outlook but I believe that it does have a filter to import calendars from Sidekick.
