Sidekick and Windows 2000

I am also a Sidekick junkie. I have been using Sidekick 2.0 for years and love its simplicity and organization. Now, our office computers are having Windows 2000 put on and the IM office says I can no longer use Sidekick 2.0 because of incompatibility with Windows 2000 and security issues. Help - can anyone point me where I can get information needed to counter the IM's leader who I believe just does not want people putting their own software on. And if Sidekick 2.0 is not compatible, any suggestions for newer versions of Sidekick. Thanks !!!

Dear kannon8833,
Sidekick98 does work on Win2000 but be aware of the necessity of installing the patch for year 2000 issues.
