Sick Option 61c

Hi guys,

I have a problem with a 61C, both cpu's are working ok and we can switch between them. CMDU 0 is disabled, the system is running on CMDU 1. Also the system is not backing up due to a Corrupt Keycode (EDD024). I thought I'd access PDT and get a copy of the database.rec BUT when accessing PDT I get ERROR unable to create access file and am unable to nagivate anywhere. I've tried to reload the OS on side 0 but the system won't load from the floppy disk (I can read this floppy from my laptop). Is there any way to get a current backup from the switch before we start work and replace CMDU0?

Everything is working from CMDU 1, correct? Just replace CMDU 0, Reload the system software, and then Sync everything. Your database will transfer over when you Sync. Should take 20 minutes. Check your card cage and verify there is not a bulletin from 2008 to replace it. The warranty replacement expired in 2009.
