Hey i just got a new shuttle ak31a mobo. I have a gf2 pro, crucial 256 ddr. When i start up the system there is no picture on the monitor. I can hear the hard drive thinking all all. When I first start it up, the mobo makes a long beep. I don't know what that means... Any ideaS?

Check the motherboard (more specifically the BIOS)manufacture's website for the beep codes. May be a bad seat on the memory, but more than likley a bad seat on your AGP?PCI? Video card. Check all connections and then check them again :)Remove and reseat everything. Good Luck and Happy New Year.
