Shutting Down EPNS

Hello All,

I have to shut down 3 epn carriers soon but just need some clarification on what to administer to keep all majer alarms to a minimum.
These carriers are linked to the ppn via a fibre, so any do's and don'ts that can be offered would be most appreciated.
