shutdown problem

when i try to shut down the computer locks up . all other functions seem to be normal although i havnt checked them all. task manager shows i have two svhost.exe programs running and i am unable to close either. does anyone have any ideas. thanks

the programs running are svchost, not svhost.

Svchost will close by itself.

The issue is other drivers or programs.
