Shut Down screen has changed ?

Hi

Usually, I am presented with the three coloured boxes (Stand By / Shut Dwon / Restart) after I choose Start/Shut Down.
I've done something I'm unaware of though because now I get a W98 style choice, where I'm presented with a drop down choice of standby / restart etc options.

I also get this when I start up the computer, where I'm asked to complete password EVERY time.

What have I done ?

Maybe nothing.

Control Panel, User Accounts
Change the ways that users logon and off.
Re-enable the Welcome Screen logon.

Then:
Start, Run, control userpasswords2
Uncheck the box at the top: 'Users must enter a username and password to access this computer.'

Click Apply.
You will be asked for the Autologon username and password. Supply this information.
