Shut-down and restart database before and after backup.

We have several Windows NetBackup Client running SAP database.

Does anyone knows how to shut-down the SAP database in these Windows NetBackup Clients just before a backup, and then restart the SAP database after the completion of the backup ?

Since the backup is managed by the NetBackup Master Server (ours is a Windows 2003 server), what can be done to invoke a command from the Master server to shut-down or restart the SAP database in the NetBackup Clients before and after a backup?

Hope someone could help. Thanks a thousand !!
