I have a program written in VFP 5.0. I have already created the executable and am running it over my lan using NT 4 servers and 98 workstations. When I create a shortcut on my desktop of this exe I set it to run in a maximized window, or else all of the form won't be able to be seen. Well, its working ok on all machines but one, in which I set the shortcut property to maximized but it still runs in a minimized window.....any ideas? Thanks

Check to make sure that this workstation is using the same VFP runtimes that everyone else is (and that it matches the SP release level the code was generated with).

After that, I'd double check the source to see if there's any developer "test" code that minimizes the application under any specific circumstances. e.g. Environment variable exists or is set to something different, a certain value in exists the Registry somewhere, the network user name matches something, etc.
