I have about 25 long word documents. We need to analyse the contents of corresponding paragraphs in each document. Each paragraph has subparagraphs and formatting that is important to understanding it. A word table would collapse with the size of 25 columns, therefore I see the only option as a access database.

I want the database to link to each of the Word documents and display a particular paragraph. I have bookmarked a sample of paragraphs to aid this task.

I can easily configure each Form record to display the linked Word document. However I am at a loss to work out how to display only a particular bookmark or paragraph number from Word. All the information on the web talks about importing info from Access to Word rather than the reverse - displaying Word in ACCess. I thought inputing the bookmark name in the Source Item field for the field would achieve it, but it does not.

Any guidance is appreciated.
