Showing Hyperlinks in code within Word 2003

Having a problem, have opened up a document in word, and it is showing the hyperlinks in a sort of code, rather than a proper hyperlink. It opens ok on another PC but just not on a certain users PC. Is this down to XP Profiles or a setting that has changed. How do i get it back

Press Alt+F9 to toggle the field code display. If some field codes are displayed and some not, the first press of Alt+F9 will display them all and it will require a second press to turn them all off.
