showing .avi graphics

I am looking for some software that will permit putting digital pictures<br>
on the web pages. I understand there is a program that will convert<br>
camcorder pictures so they can be put on web pages. Do any of you<br>
know where I can look for this type of program or what it would be<br>
called for a search?<br>
