Yup, you have IP based IOS which doesn't support IPX routing. That's why you can't see the commands

You will have to upgrade to IP/IPX/APPLETALK based IOS

Never mind after drilling through Cisco's site I finally found a list of features for the bin file. Guess I'll have to get a smartnet account setup.
