Hi all

I generally use =Now() in my report footers to show the date printed. I'd also like to show the time, what's the best way to do this?

Open the form in Design view or the report in Design view.

Go to the control where you have the =Now()

Click Date And Time on the Insert menu.

To include a date, select the Include Date check box, and then click a date format.

To include the time, select the Include Time check box, and then click a time format.

Microsoft Access adds a text box to the form or report and sets its ControlSource property to an expression. If there is a form or report header, Microsoft Access adds the text box to that section. Otherwise, it adds the text box to the detail section.

HOpe this helped :-D

The now() function does return the time, you probably just need to set the format property on your text box so that it will display it. Mike Rohde
