show matching dimension values in a cross table

hallo,
anyone able to help on the following request.

I have a query result delivering records 4:
usernames, lastname
www huber
xxx mayer
yyy huber
zzz fischer

I want to display them in the report in the following cross table composed of the same dimension (username), that shows a match (=1) in case lastnames are similar otherwise 0. for sample data it would look like below:

www xxx yyy zzz
www 1 0 1 0
xxx 0 1 0 0
yyy 1 0 1 0
zzz 0 0 0 1

I tried around a lot with contextes... but never found the right solution, anyone able to help?
