Show Folders Only in Common Dialog 1

I need to allow the users to navigata a network and find folders only, I don't want them to see any file names inside the folder. Tried the .filter and couldn't get the desired results. I am not sure i was using it correctly.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!
