My wife's company recently had a new server installed with Exchange 2003. The person who installed it setup a few Groups, some of which have Contacts that have External e-mail addresses only. When she wants to send an e-mail to one of those Contacts in Outlook (TO
she has to open and expand the group and delete everyone except the person she wants to send to.
So, basically the Contacts are not showing up individually in the Address List anywhere. The person who setup the server is a Contact and he is listed in the Address List, but no other Contacts are in there. His name has a Globe icon next to it in the Address List.
I know that there is a check box that allows you to "hide" a person from the Address List, but I looked and that box is NOT checked for any of these Contacts.
How can I get the individual Contacts listed in the Address List somewhere?
