show contacts as outlook adressbook

I would like to add contacts to my outlook addressbook.
I click on Contacts/properties/Outlook Adressbook, but the option to tick "Show this folder as Outlook-Adressbook" is disabled. (grey)

I have no idea how to enable this option.
This problem occurs only on terminalservers.
