Does anyone know if there is a way that I can proactively monitor the lines in-use on a PRI. I'm combining two companies onto a single PRI and I would like to use a KIM/CAP to display all the channels so I watch them through-out the day to see if an additional PRI will be necessary.

Hardware: Nortel Meridian MICS 6.1
Application Module Voicemail, auto attendant & Cinphony II
T7316e & Kim

I programmed line 159 on the KIM and it just flashes briefly before the AA picks up and then is gone. Ideally I would like to see channels 1-23 laid out on the KIM and view all inbound and outbound activity. If anyone has any ideas or work around I would greatly appreciate them.

Thanks.

YOU WOULD HAVE TO GO BACK TO A REGULAR T1 TO SEE THAT

get and run a smdr to gather the info. it will be easier than watching that to tell you how busy the pri is. don't bother with a call accounting package since you are only looking for raw data. alternatively get a busy number study done by the telco to get you the info (this probably will take a month to get done)

If voting could really change things, it would be illegal.
