The main use of my server is for FILE SERVER. I use AD alot. I have 25 users.

I am happy with Win2KServer but I have ready that 2003 is more powerful and faster.

Is this true? Any other guys here that upgraded to WinServ2003 that felt the difference?

my personal feeling is that if it aint broke, don't fix it... if you have a good business reason (the server is underperforming, etc.), then go for it but I wouldn't do it just cause it's neat.

Do you have more than one physical machine? If not, I would probably put my resources into getting a second DC up and running in the environment (and this could be w2k3) for disaster recovery reasons... this could then give you an easier upgrade path to w2k3 if you want to go that way.
