For some reason the shortcuts in illustrator on my Apple have stopped working.

When I press the apple key and any other key, like 's' for saving for example, nothing happens. Any solutions?

The most common cause is corrupted preferences. Quit AI and go to hard drive/user/library/preferences/com.adobe.illustrator.plist and trash that.

Relaunch and see if that helps.



Using OSX 10.3.9 on a G4
