Shortcut to Change 1024x768 to 800x600? 1

Is there a way to write a little short cut with a command line that can reset the screen resolution from 1024x768 to 800x600. I have an application that requires the smaller resoution, but users only want the larger resolution. If I could set a short-cut on their desktop to toggle the resolution, that may solve the human engineering complaint. tia, Steve Medvid
