Shortcodes not working after upgrade

Hi All,

Ive upgraded aa IPO v500 from 9.0.0 to 9.0.3.

After the upgrade I get the following issue:
Code = *57*N#
feature - forward busy number
Tel Num = N

When trying to set forward on an extension and after pressing the # it ask for extension number.
Dial: Number?

Not sure if anyone had this issue after an upgrade.

Does the phone double beep at you after you press #

yes it does....

and if I press the forwarding extension thereafter it ring that extension.

Have any ideas

Im also trying to get message waiting indicator activated as Im doing an integration with TigerTMS

feature = display msgs
telephone number = N”;MWL Msgs=0 OLD=0 Sav=0”
