put the PRI in its own "outgoing trunk group" and create a short code to dial on that trunk group. You may have to change the dial out code so its not the same as your system dial out code.
in a clean config, if you have tested the pri card with a loop back and all is good, then it will be obvious if it doesnt work ..... call the carriers faults line
