Short Code - Dialing question

in some earlier versions of software, the pauses after dialing a code, or the execution of the code, occur only after a connection signal is recieved (PRI). This made it hard for outdialing from VMPro to long distance numbers when account codes were forced by the LD carrier. IPO never seeing a connect sig, never sends pauses or account code via DTMF.
