shooting game tutorial?

I want to find a shooting game tutorial. I have been looking at game tutorials until my head hurts. could find one. Can anybody help me with that?

as in a rabbit (or someting) runs across the screen and the mouse cursor is a target, and if the user clicks while target is over the rabbit the rabbit dies?
