Shockwave with quicktime movie embeded

i have a shockwave movie that has a quicktime movie embeded into it. When i save as a DCR file for a browser, the page opens fine but when i click to play the quicktime it skips to the last frame on the score where the quicktime is. The Quicktime is external cast memeber and i added the quicktime xtras, so thats all ok no error comes up or plugin required...i cant work it out.... the weird thing is as a projector it is all ok even once its burnt onto CD..
If anyone can help that would be cool thanx
