Shipping Label Templates

We are using the FedEx, UPS and other types of shipping lables. Currently, they are filling them out with a typewriter. They would like to use and old dot-matix printer to fill out the forms since they have carbon copies. Does anyone know if there are any existing Word templates for any of these forms before I have to spend a week working on them.

I know that there are better ways to do all of this electronically however, at the moment that is not an option.
