ShellExecute for eMail

WHEN I PASS THIS TO SHELLeXECUTE I GET AN ERROR FROM OUTLLOOK THAT TELLS ME MY COMMAND LINE ARGUMENT IS IN ERROR AND I SHOULD CHANGE MY SWITCH.

I don't know if this has anything to do with it or not but you are assigning the ShellExecute to a variable but you do not enclose your parameters in parenthesis.

Is outlook opening up at all?
