Shell32.dll problem

I'm having a problem with adding printers, clicking the Add Printer button does nothing. It may be down to Shell32.dll, an error message "The procedure entry point SHCreateShellItem could not be located in the dynamic link library Shell32.dll" appears when opening Command Antivirus and some other software. Any ides on how to fix it?

Try reregistering:

Start, Run, regsvr32 /i shell32.dll
