This might be better accomplished using a third party freeware utility such as sendmail.exe, you can try to look and download such utilities (not necessary called sendmail)
from and most importantly it will probably be command line oriented. For example:
sendmail recepient@mycompany.com fromme@mycompany.com attachment.txt
and you will have to place this in a batch file and use something like winat or simply the AT command in dos to schedule it to run at 1am everyday. Goodluck and let me know if you get it running.
