Sharing violation error

I had a process running some debugging on one of our Win2K servers, the console was locked, until one of my colleagues logged it off with the admin account causing my debugging to crap out.

Now I'm trying to delete our debugging file as the debugging is no longer running, but I'm getting a sharing violation that the file is in use. I've tried logging back on as the original user, logged in as Admin, but no luck.

Any idea how I can get around this file lock without rebooting? Is there a reskit util?
