Sharing specific folders in Outlook/Exchange

I have several users that want to share specific folders
(inbox and calendar only) with some users and all the
outlook folders with other users. Setting it up so that
everything is available is pretty easy, but how do you
limit it to just one or two specific folders? I am
running the outlook 2000 & XP clients with Exchange 2000
