can someone direct me to what control or code to use when i want to share my sound in a chat with the people in that chat room?

sharing sound with other users

Well if this is your chat program you will have to figure out a way to send the file to the other people so they can play it. It would be best for things like this to have the program save the file to disk so the program would check to see if the sound was local and if not then request it from you.
