sharing problem between win95 and win2000 professionnal

hello every body,
sorry fore my english but my first language is the french.
i have a problem with the share.i have a win2000 professionnal and a pc with win95.
i share a folder for the 2 pc.if i am for the pc win95, i have not access on the share for win2000 but i am for the pc win2000 i have access on the share for win95.
my pc win95 use the wins and i modified the file lmhosts.
and th e problem it's the same.
kan i help me.

what are the share settings?

firstly i would try crating an account on the 2k box for the win95 user so that it can use pass through authentication.

ie if you login as bob and password bob on the 95 box then on the 2k box creat an account called bob with the password bob and give him access to the share!

Also you may need to make sure the workgroup names are the same!
