sharing outlook data

hi is there a way i can grant another user read only access to my emails and full access to some other user
if this is possible is it restricted to one pc or will it roam around on which ever pc i log on to
we are in a domain network using w2k sbs server

Hi I am trying to share an inbox, i am managing to carry this out,however when i select the view folders list i can see the other users inbox but can not open it. If i do File>open>other users folder it opens the inbox
I followed the ms kb195781 to share the inbox.
