I to allow managers to access each others calendars without a mail exchange server is this possible

As far as anyone can say, the answer is no. I have been trying for a couple of years to find a way to share diaries but nothing works

We have just installed a product called WorkgroupShare, that allows you to share Calendars, tasks, notes and contacts. It also allows you to set-up global (ie company-wide) versions of these - see

for details. It is based of a per seat basis and we have it running on XP/2000/98 (clients) and Windows 2000 Server (as the server part). It will run on Outlook 2000 to 2003 (we use Outlook 2002). It is really easy to install/administer. You can download a trial version from their website.

Regards,

Alan
