Sharing folders in XP Pro?

How does one share a folder in XP Pro without moving it to the "Shared Documents" folder??? I need to set the permissions of my Oracle 9i client folder so that IIS can access the files in this folder. Can anyone help me here?

You'll need to turn off simple file sharing.

I set mine up by ensuring that File and print sharing was installed and enabled in "my network places" under properties. Then I picked the folder/file, right clicked and selected sharing and security. I think a wizard pops up the first time, you can either follow it or select simple file sharing. Set your permissions/caching as you see fit.

This is of course after you've successfully setup your network.
