Sharing 35 calendars with 34 users

Greetings-

I have a request from one department for everybody to share their calendar with everybody else in their office. That's 35 calendars shared out to 34 other people. That's a lot of connections.

My question is: Is this smart? Are there inherent problems sharing calendars in this way?

Nope, not all calendars will be open at the same time to all of the others. Outlook and Exchange were designed to handle this sort of collaboration!
