On my team Sharepoint site, I have a Risk list & and Issue list that, through the General Settings feature, I have set up to email the Assigned Owner whenever they are assigned a new item. This works fine.
Similarly, I have a list "Action Items" that I have created, that have using the "User Information" drop down list to to choose the Assigned Owner. Is it possible to have this list also generate emails? The option doesn't show up in General Settings.
